We stand behind everything we supply and are committed to providing excellent service. So, if you experience any issues with quality of performance, we will make it right.
Bog Dog In-Store Returns
Strictly no refunds. Exchange accepted within 7 days of purchase, when accompanied by valid receipt & all labels/packaging intact & items are in an unworn, saleable condition. Credit notes valid for 2 months from date of issue. Gift Vouchers valid for 12 months from issue. This does not affect your Statutory Rights

We'll accept returns which:
Are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, you will no longer be able to return your order. Should you return any items in your order after 14 days, you will NOT be refunded.
Are returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging, with the labels attached and unlaundered.
Packing Verification
To ensure all orders leave our warehouse correctly, we photograph the contents and packaging of each shipment. These images may be used to verify the condition and accuracy of items sent in the event of a return, refund request, or delivery dispute.
This process helps us provide a fair and transparent service for all customers while maintaining high packing standards.
How to Return
Please head to 'My Account' and click 'return'. Please follow the instructions from there. Should you not have an account with us, please fill in the returns card and send to the address below.
Please be advised that you will be required to pay the return postage for the goods. Original postage costs will not be refunded.

If you choose to return your goods using normal, tracked delivery, then please ensure you get proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing on its return.
Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
