I met the shop owner Helen on her Tuesday's Trot through Stamford and we got talking about Shokz headphones and it's big advantages, one of them being able to hear your surroundings or being able to use them during race days. By the time we returned back to the shop, I was able to try them on so I could easily decide on the right size and now I use them all the time, they are fantastic.

I had a great experience having my gait analysis and trying out new running shoes. Great selection of shoes and Laura's knowledge and experience all added to the experience. I have already been advising my running friends to get done. I am going back soon for trail shoes and a look through the massive range of running socks. Highly recommend Bog Dog.

Felt a bit odd trying to wrestle a glove onto my foot, but second attempt was much easier and great to run in

Helen demonstrated an incredible amount of knowledge about the shoes that she got me to try on, each was tested then the results were then reviewed before moving on to the next pair. I think I tried on around six pairs in total and am very happy with the final choice made.

This tshirt I had to size up as the large even though it appeared big enough was quite fitting so I sized up to an XL and this was more roomy for me. Otherwise very good quality to wear.

A good use of technology should that I was running out of balance and trying on different shoes and running the data again should the best options in running shoe for me
